91-61 Days Prior: Deposit amount of $50 per person is charged
60-46 Days Prior: 35% of tour cost is charged
45-31 Days Prior: 60% of tour cost is charged
30-15 Days Prior: 80% of tour cost is charged
14 Days Prior or less: 100% of tour cost is charged
If a cruise ship is forced to divert its route and not dock in Israel due to security concerns, travelers will only be charged $115 per person, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Prices: Prices are per person and are based on double occupancy rooms. In case of human or computer error, SETI reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. If the correct price is higher than the original price, the traveler may cancel and receive a full refund, as long as he/she provides SETI with a written cancellation within 5 days of the price increase notification. No refund will be paid for unused tour services such as sightseeing, meals, hotel accommodation, entrance fees, etc. The tour price does not include items of personal nature such as laundry, wine/alcohol, bottled water, beverages, and additional meals.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. SETI LLC strongly recommends purchasing a travel insurance package, which covers health, lost luggage, trip cancellation and trip interruption. SETI cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of failing to secure adequate coverage. SETI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, including luggage. We can recommend travel insurance companies upon request. For recommendations, please contact azizsarah@gmail.com
Passport and Documentation: Travelers must have a passport valid for 6 months beyond the date of travel. SETI LLC is not responsible for providing any travel documents, including visas. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to confirm with the consulate of each country visited, about any necessary travel documentation/visas required to enter these countries.
Tour Itinerary: SETI LLC reserves the right to change the itinerary. SETI LLC reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever SETI Tours and Services LLC deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the participant at any time. In all cases, SETI will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.
Accommodation: SETI reserves the right to substitute scheduled hotels for hotels of equal or greater standard. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis.
Meals: Meals are based on the hotel’s or restaurant’s buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated.
Customer Service: Customer service issues and refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 30 days after your return. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50 plus any hotel and/or supplier charges incurred.
Tour Itinerary: SETI Tours and Services LLC reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, SETI Tours and Services LLC will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. If the tour services as indicated by the itinerary cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of SETI Tours and Services LLC we will arrange for provision of comparable services. SETI Tours and Services LLC reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever SETI Tours and Services LLC deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the participant at any time. No refund will be paid for unused services such as: transfers, sightseeing, meals, hotel accommodation, entrance fees, and others that are listed in the tour program.
